WHY IS IT NEEDED?
Composition packages deal with a variety of needs and are structured accordingly. The DVD is structured with a menu system. The typical composition is broken into categories:

 

 


  • Multimedia Slide Show - the who, what, when, and where of the person's life (including the current surroundings). Names and relationship are noted with images. These are particularly good social tools as well.
  • Therapeutic intervention for temporary dementia brought on by the onset of sudden illness. These are STTI - short term therapeutic interventions.
  • Family notes - this portion provides an on-demand reminder of familial connection in the form of a personalized message.
  • Caregiver notes - general information about your loved one can be passed on to caregivers as well to allow nursing home staff partner deeper with the family to provide the best possible care.
  • One Day at a Time - For loved ones in the advanced stages of dementia and Alzheimer's Disease, additional therapeutic interventions are added to the composition to assist and orient daily function, as well as more aggressive memory tools. These are LTTI - long term therapeutic interventions.
  • Names and Faces - this tool is helpful in a variety of contexts. It is an annotated look at family and friends.
  • Primary Care Physician Partnership - In the more progressive stages of dementia and Alzheimer's, it is important to partner with the primary care physician in any intervention to ensure proper, responsible care.
Packages are priced according to the combinations of services provided on the DVD. Edits, additions, and post-production alterations will require more time and will be billed individually.
