With over 20 years of experience in the field of international manufacturing in Europe China. I have experience with cost controls, supplier evaluations, project management, and negotiation. It is critical when discussing issues with the Chinese culture that it is done with a high degree of integrity and respect. It is critical that the supplier does not feel that they are not going to lose face in front of their customer, and most importantly, their peers.
My experience ranges from setup of an new facility in China to working with a wide range suppliers including toolmakers, plastic injection molding, rubber/silicone parts, electronic components and assemblies.
